Guests couldn’t easily access or fully enjoy all services due to limited communication channels (phone/brochures) and language barriers in a highly diverse, complex service environment.

Contler implemented a multilingual, digital concierge platform that centralizes services, simplifies bookings, improves communication, and increases internal sales.
The diversity of services offered by Las Islas put our technology to the test. To give an example: All hotels offer ground transportation, but in the case of Las Islas, they have maritime transportation, private or shared helicopter rides, private drivers or group transportation to Cartagena. Each of these options had to be clearly identified in Contler and available in just a couple of clicks for the guests. We can proudly say that we have succeeded.

You can have your AI agents deployed in less than 24 hours and ready to serve your guests. Custom integrations are add-ons that can take 2 to 6 weeks depending on their complexity. To implement the app, you have a first version ready in a matter of minutes. From then on, it depends on how long it takes you to customize the information with menus, experiences, and details you want to show your guests. Usually, our hotels take one to three weeks to finish uploading the content on their own, but it's up to you.
